Windflower Collective provides holistic wellness services, which may include:

  • Coaching (provided through a separate platform)

  • Yoga (individual and group sessions)

  • Sound bowl / sound healing sessions

  • Herbalism education

  • Essential oil education

  • Workshops, classes, and group experiences

All services are educational and wellness-based in nature and are not clinical, medical, or therapeutic services.

2. No Medical or Mental Health Treatment

Windflower Collective does not provide:

  • Medical care

  • Mental health counseling or psychotherapy

  • Diagnosis or treatment of any physical or mental health condition

Nothing on this website or in our services should be interpreted as:

  • A substitute for licensed healthcare

  • A substitute for therapy provided by a licensed professional

If you are experiencing physical or mental health concerns, you are encouraged to seek care from a licensed provider in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

3. Distinction from Licensed Therapy 

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Coaching and wellness services are not psychotherapy

  • No therapist-client or healthcare provider relationship is created

  • Services are not regulated under Pennsylvania laws governing licensed mental health professionals

Coaching is intended for:

  • Personal growth

  • Goal-setting

  • Self-reflection

  • Lifestyle support

If you require mental health treatment, you should work with a licensed professional.

4. Coaching Services 

Coaching services are delivered through a separate platform and may be subject to additional agreements.

You understand:

  • Coaching outcomes are not guaranteed

  • Participation is voluntary

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results

5. Booking, Payments, and Scheduling

  • All non-coaching services are scheduled through this website

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline or cancel bookings

  • Reschedule services when necessary

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable

  • Group offerings may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated

7. Assumption of Risk (Physical Activities)

Participation in yoga, sound sessions, and related practices involves inherent risks.

By participating, you acknowledge:

  • You are voluntarily engaging in physical and/or relaxation-based activities

  • You are responsible for monitoring your own body and limits

  • You will stop if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort

You assume full responsibility for any injury or adverse effects.

8. Herbalism and Essential Oils Disclaimer

All information related to herbs and essential oils is provided for educational purposes only.

You agree that:

  • Products and suggestions are not intended to diagnose or treat conditions

  • You will consult a qualified healthcare provider before use, especially if:

    • Pregnant or nursing

    • Taking medications

    • Managing a medical condition

  • Individual reactions may vary
